Anywaaaaay, I saw this video and .jpg and it got me thinking, so I thought i'd share it with whoever reads this :)

Day 200!

WOW WOW WOW! 200 days! What will today bring I wonder....

I heard about Triggerfish animation studios from a family member on Saturday (a lot of them live in cape town and around other parts of Africa) and they bagged a writer from the Lion King!

Blast from the past I watched a couple Pingu cartoon's today, genius.

It just entertained me so much as a kid, and it still does!

Day 199

Interview with John Lasseter on BBC. Toy Story 4, I wonder!

I'm keeping an eye on this now.

So... Emma Coats posted this photo from Flickr for the next five shot challenge. I'll hopefully have some boards to upload tonight.

Here are my boards:

Day 198

Wow! I went to a screening today with a Q&A session afterwards with John Lasseter(!) at the BFI Southbank cinema. It was really interesting. We didn't have tickets but they had reserve tickets on a first come first serve basis and we went down there about 3 hours early and ended up with front row tickets. The screened the new Toy Story: Hawaiian Vacation short too.

I did some sketching whilst we waited:

I did some other drawing tonight for Cat and Moth, but I'm not going to post it up :D

Oh and the BFI also had Disney 50 on display and had some concept art etc.

And it rained a lot today:

I also did this next 5 shot exercise suggested by an animator from Pixar, Emma Coats. Here is the original photo.
